Some managers are not bad. They are a learning ground, not bad to start a career.
Politics outweigh anything else. Management abuses workers and gets away with it. There is no accountability. Compensation is not sufficient compared to workload and expectation. Your merit is measured in years with the company and not by your contribution.
The culture is rotten; a full overhaul is much needed.
