Totally misguided and directionless company. Stands up new job units as “future of the company” and then lays them off when priorities change. Executive management has no idea what they are doing.
Stabilize and focus on employee morale and less on immediate shareholder returns via short-term gains. The company survived financial crisis after financial crisis with zero layoffs before executive management changed. Get it together and have some compassion for the people who have dedicated their lives to your company.
