It used to be that Geico was loyal to employees who worked hard. Even when technology changed, they would retrain you. That's not the case anymore.
Associates who had high PAs were let go, with no rhyme or reason, particularly the business analysts.
They have expanded upper management (VPs and Directors) by hiring from outside the company (Capital One) when there were qualified individuals from within.
The former culture is gone.
Had 3 LeetCode interviews, but after that, was supposed to be system design and behavioral. I’d say the process was smooth, but they had terrible interviewers that didn’t communicate whatsoever during interviews.
Pretty standard: coding, plus system design and behavioral. There were two system design interviews, and the coding interview was somewhat challenging. If you have done these sorts of interviews before, you will do well.
Initially, an intro call with the recruiter. Then, a call with the team manager. And after that, 4 rounds of loop. Interviews were: * 2 data structures * 1 system design * 1 leadership skills
