Flexibility to move internally and grow your career in any direction.
Cheap, cheap, cheap. Below-market salaries. They value new hires over old. Raises and benefits have been undergoing a lot of slashing recently.
Be more honest, offer more time off, make the sick/STD/LTD structure easier to use, and pay better. A lot of the recent changes show a lack of value in your employees, and the new CEO and direction of the company are making me look for new jobs.

Senior Software Engineer
Had 3 LeetCode interviews, but after that, was supposed to be system design and behavioral. I’d say the process was smooth, but they had terrible interviewers that didn’t communicate whatsoever during interviews.
