It's not what it used to be
I had a great manager, but that's about it.
I was doing three people's jobs for the price of one. Even then, I was still getting underpaid for the one. Profit sharing is gone, the salary isn't so competitive, and the benefits are just okay. The pay just really sucks, especially in this economy. The company keeps laying people off and is now more money-focused than ever before.
