Decent amount of time off (vacation and sick).
Constant turnover and churn, especially since the multiple rounds of layoffs countywide. Impossible metrics, micromanagement, and constant stress. The majority of the SMEs are no longer with the company; they have either been laid off or have left for other opportunities. This company is not what it used to be when Tony Nicely ran it.
