Pros: Laid back and easy going, with lots of free time.

Cons: Small city with no movie theater, boring company. They don't know how to properly mentor co-ops, so don't work there. They take advantage of co-ops looking to find a job post-graduation by keeping their status as co-op for as long as possible.

Pros: Good benefits, great environment, and friendly co-workers. They will really help you adapt to your new role as quickly as possible. A very positive team, and respect is given to all team members, no matter your role.

Cons: Not so much, except that one feels overwhelmed in most cases, which is very normal for a company like GE.

Pros: Training and Development, and compensation.

Cons: Could not find any demerits apart from the promotion policy.
