Pros: The company is good. The projects are good.

Cons: Micromanagement. Mostly, managers are not up to the level. Team leads often don't know how to talk to team members. They just hire and fire. No hikes. No growth. Politics, and politics everywhere in the team.

Pros: Jfwtc, flexible timings, challenging job in my case, opportunity to learn, experiment, and implement.

Cons: Levels are less, which makes you feel like you are not growing when compared to friends outside.

Pros: Good culture Access to Leaders Highly compliant & integrity

Cons: Optimistic approach; could be a little aggressive in growth. Huge company, with a little lack of cross-business collaboration. More inclined towards inorganic growth than organic growth strategies. Speed to market is moderately low.
