Great culture of personal ownership.
Flexible work arrangement.
Good vacation policy.
Cons: Large cost-cutting measures and layoffs happen too often.
Executive management made poor choices and created too much manufacturing capability in the USA.
Large overhead of corporate in Chicago that could be trimmed by locating in other lower-cost cities.
