Pros: Over 15 years with GE.
Did lots of roles.
Very diverse and best in class in company culture.
Solid technologies and products - no fluff.
Fantastic senior leadership.
Cons: Too many re-orgs. Lot of layers were created and then flattened, resulting in reinventing orgs over and over again. Some mid-managers were not a good fit and spoiled the work environment.

Pros: Opportunity to advance and leadership programs are the best in the world. Leadership values and commitment to the company are evident in their success.
Cons: Being such a large company can lead to communication issues and can be slow to make decisions. But overall, decisions are made for long-term goals.
