Cons: No ethics in the profession. Bad middle and top management. Not a very good business strategy (most of the time buying and selling businesses around the world).

Cons: They are too ambitious in the amount of projects they take on and how much they expect their workers to handle. Employees are encouraged to communicate with their manager about workload, but managers are stretched so thin it's nearly impossible to get a hold of them. When you do and express your situation, you're told that everyone is busy, so just make it happen. The facility in Erie is also run down. It's an old plant, which can't be helped, but a cleaner, more modern environment would improve employee pride for the company.

Pros: Flex Time Ownership You own your projects. Great environment and colleagues. Very ethical.

Cons: No succession plans. Not the best pay in the market. Work very dependent on the US. Very difficult to grow fast.
