I was first contacted by the internal recruiter. We exchanged emails to set up the in-person interview.

I did a short tour of the facility. I talked with a couple of people individually, some at different locations. I also talked with a few together.

It was very friendly, personable, and comfortable.

I was asked some standard questions, like describing my overall experience and why I was leaving my current job. I was also asked some questions about my experience in specific aspects of design and analysis. We discussed some specifics in detail.
