Reliability Engineer
I was first contacted by the internal recruiter. We exchanged emails to set up the in-person interview. I did a short tour of the facility. I talked with a couple of people individually, some at different locations. I also talked with a few together
Aerospace Engineer
Consisted of HireVues, which then led to an Arctic Shores, eventually a final interview. This was a really easy process, but make sure you are a British national before applying.

Good, but long. Flew in for a few interviews, did most of the others remotely or over the phone. Nice staff, fairly transparent on what benefits are. Would recommend; good area.
