Pros: I had a great time working here.

Cons: I have never had a bad time working here.

Pros: Really great work/life balance. They give you all the tools needed to succeed.

Cons: You'll want to be a self-starter to own your domain of responsibility. (Not necessarily a con per se)

Pros: Lots of freedom and trust at GE. I have loved going to work, and the projects have always been interesting. GE has taken care of me through tough times, and I will always be loyal to them because of it.

Cons: Large companies come with lots of bureaucracy. Sometimes things "have to be done a certain way," even when they might not be the most efficient way.
