Four interviews. The first was a recruiter interview. The second and third interviews were technical and were with two separate teams of engineers. The final round was with a manager and was behavioral. It took a little over a month from the first to the final interview.
Pros: The recruiter and the manager were both very respectful and accommodating. It was a pleasant experience, and I felt like I was valued as an individual rather than a number on a list. The process was smooth up until the end.
Cons: After the final interview, contact dropped off. It took multiple follow-up emails to get a response, which resulted in more uncertainty and delay. Six weeks and counting, and still no final response. Intentional or not, it feels a bit disrespectful to be kept in the dark for so long.
