This might be a pro for some people (it wasn't for me). The company was full of very unambitious people, so it's a good place to work if you just want to punch a clock. Some of the people there were nice.
I had a lot of latitude to do what I thought was important.
The pay was very bad. Everyone there said you're lucky if you get more than a 2% raise every year.
HR was very dishonest and deducted a future merit increase from a promotion I earned. My supervisor withheld emails that showed that HR screwed me out of a raise.
Pushing for even small, low-effort improvements to processes was next to impossible.
Try to pay people competitively so you can get good people. All of the good people leave.
Overall, it was a good interview experience. First, it was a phone interview, going through the resume with some typical behavioral questions. The second interview was at GE. The first hour was with the position manager, and the second hour was with
list of 10-15 behavioral questions
Good, but long. Flew in for a few interviews, did most of the others remotely or over the phone. Nice staff, fairly transparent on what benefits are. Would recommend; good area.
