A great company to work for
Great pay and benefits compared to other companies for co-op. The company takes care of its employees well. I was given much responsibility within the position and was rewarded with a pay raise halfway through my rotation.
Company can be very demanding to work for at times, which makes it especially hard if you are working in a division that is a dying business.
Upper management needs to get to know production plants better before giving them unrealistic targets to reach.
