- Well-structured internship/co-op environment that allows students to meet with fellow co-workers.
- Project-based work that encourages daily interaction between students and senior engineers/managers.
- Challenging work environment that encourages questions.
Interns mostly focused on a single project and did not have the opportunity to see other departments within the company.
Would have liked project assignments to be more technically challenging.
