Pros

You have the resources and options of a big company.

Cons

They are too ambitious in the amount of projects they take on and how much they expect their workers to handle. Employees are encouraged to communicate with their manager about workload, but managers are stretched so thin it's nearly impossible to get a hold of them. When you do and express your situation, you're told that everyone is busy, so just make it happen. The facility in Erie is also run down. It's an old plant, which can't be helped, but a cleaner, more modern environment would improve employee pride for the company.

Advice to Management

Focus your employees on the most important tasks. Even after years of trying to simplify, there are still too many distractions for employees.
