I have experienced low-key bullying that didn't turn out to be a serious issue. Once reported, it was acted upon quickly and justice was made. They really take harassment seriously.
I don't have any downsides in my experience at General Electric Intelligent Platforms. Overall, it worked well for me. I have had a one-of-a-kind experience overall. It's the best place I have ever worked in the UK.

Recruiters came to our campus for hiring. There was a simple test first, a theoretical multiple choice. Shortlisted candidates were then interviewed. The engineering manager and HR interviews each lasted approximately 1 hour.
