- Poor management and lack of communication with the employees who work for them.
- Often left with work that you are overqualified for.
- Management is not very good at creating realistic timelines and often leaves everything to the last minute.
- No room for growth.
- Lame 2% raise each year, regardless of whether you work hard or not.
- For a company this big, you still have to pay for coffee.
- More communication with employees that completes your task would be a great first step.
- Active meetings to keep project objectives on track.
- Active push to create solutions to address quality issues and stop pushing the issue onto employees.
