I worked in a former company that supplied same products to G.E. Questions were around previous experience. G.E. knew we made very good products. Erie plant wanted the same.

Highly structured and impersonal. I was referred by another employee. Only because of this did I receive an interview. I had been applying on my own without the employee referral for 6 months on over a dozen positions before I got a response.
