The company has a good amount of resources for your experiments or projects. If you want to implement or give an idea, they always give you an opportunity and ask for a prototype, experiment, or data to back up your idea. As an intern, this gives you a lot of experience in any way, which is good for future interviews.
Everything takes a lot of time to be executed unless you are the plant manager or one of the top two or three in command at your plant.

General Electric Interview Experiences
Quality Engineer
Had to interview with 4 different people from 4 different departments and HR. Then had to go back to some of them, plus drug screening and a physical. Even had to be interviewed by one of the engineers that has been there for 30 years.
Quality Engineer
Telephonic and then 1-on-1, all technical and related to present job and responsibilities. Be prepared to answer some technical questions and a code assessment. There were also some logical reasoning questions.
