I was making $25 an hour in the Shreveport area.
Learned a lot about transformers.
The merger was a nightmare. I signed up to retire from GE, not another company.

Aerospace Engineer
Consisted of HireVues, which then led to an Arctic Shores, eventually a final interview. This was a really easy process, but make sure you are a British national before applying.
Engineer
Good, but long. Flew in for a few interviews, did most of the others remotely or over the phone. Nice staff, fairly transparent on what benefits are. Would recommend; good area.
Staff Software Engineer
Attended the first round. Helpful interviewer and always supportive. Selected for the second round. It was a C++ Staff Software Engineer role. It was a technical interview asking different questions on modern C++ such as 17, 20, 23, etc.
