After 3 years looking for a Pro, I am not sure I found one.
People who lack performance are kept in their positions with no recourse.
Personal growth is held to a minimum or non-existent.
They promote people with serious integrity issues and promote doing things wrong as long as it is out the door.
Excessively long hours and family becomes a second thought, so if you value family time this is not a company to work for.
Hold managers and the so-called "leaders" accountable for their lack of performance. There is no prescience of a culture, although GE claims "Culture Change Works." Culture change only works if there is follow-through. The only culture change is the lack of culture.
I applied through the website and heard back within two weeks or so. A recruiter reached out. Phone screen with HR for 30 minutes, followed by a technical screen for 50 minutes and a technical panel for an hour.
Consisted of HireVues, which then led to an Arctic Shores, eventually a final interview. This was a really easy process, but make sure you are a British national before applying.
Good, but long. Flew in for a few interviews, did most of the others remotely or over the phone. Nice staff, fairly transparent on what benefits are. Would recommend; good area.
