The graphics market is becoming increasingly competitive. Even though Nvidia has been great in execution over the past few years, it is going to get tough in the future, especially with Intel and AMD becoming competitive threats to Nvidia in the discrete graphics market.
As the company is growing, management is becoming increasingly bureaucratic. Engineering managers are getting more interested in building their empires without any true justification with respect to business needs.

Aerospace Engineer
Consisted of HireVues, which then led to an Arctic Shores, eventually a final interview. This was a really easy process, but make sure you are a British national before applying.
Engineer
Good, but long. Flew in for a few interviews, did most of the others remotely or over the phone. Nice staff, fairly transparent on what benefits are. Would recommend; good area.
Staff Software Engineer
Attended the first round. Helpful interviewer and always supportive. Selected for the second round. It was a C++ Staff Software Engineer role. It was a technical interview asking different questions on modern C++ such as 17, 20, 23, etc.
