As part of the integration process of several companies, a position was created to assist in the integration. Respective team leads knew of my skill set and asked if I would take the position. I accepted the offer and was promoted to the position.

The interview process took approximately two to three weeks. It started with a couple of phone interviews, then the company flew me to their office for three in-person interviews plus a presentation.
