Great management. The project managers give you adequate time to work on projects.
You can choose what time you want to come in and leave for the most part, as long as you work at least eight hours a day.
You get your own office.
Opportunities for managerial and lean training are available.
Relatively low pay compared to other companies.
Raises are not a lot and do not happen very frequently.
No real advice to management. They were great. The only advice would be to maybe make the salaries slightly more competitive.
Shortlisted through CoCubes exam. GD TR HR I was shortlisted through the CoCubes exam and was called to Bangalore for further rounds. The 1st round was GD, and there were 10 members in each group. GD Topic: Impact of Technology on Us. Only 2 out
Consisted of HireVues, which then led to an Arctic Shores, eventually a final interview. This was a really easy process, but make sure you are a British national before applying.
Good, but long. Flew in for a few interviews, did most of the others remotely or over the phone. Nice staff, fairly transparent on what benefits are. Would recommend; good area.
