- Work with a lot of good, friendly people who are very helpful.
- Flexible working hours
- Long hours where no matter what you put in isn't enough.
- Tight schedules, always "under the gun" to get things done.
- No compensation or incentive programs.
- Outdated and dirty facilities, with trash all over the place.
- Understaffed and without the proper tools to do my job.
Invest in the people. They are the ones making all of your money.
