Make sure all of your employees are involved and feel valued. My first internship wasn't enjoyable or educational because the work was easy and I didn't feel like I was contributing anything valuable to the company. However, my second internship was enjoyable and valuable because I felt like I made significant contributions, and I had the opportunity to learn about the business and meet senior management.

Interview included basic DSA questions about graphs and resume-based questions about our projects. The HR interview was totally about the resume and projects I have done. It went pretty well, but as I am from a Cybersecurity background, they did not

Pretty simple interview process. It starts with a Codility OA and then goes to behavioral interviews, which is pretty standard when compared to other software engineering intern positions. The initial interview was extremely easy compared to LeetCode
