Two telephonic calls and 4 rounds of one-on-one interviews. The telephonic and personal interviews were fairly technical and basic.

Long phone interview, maybe 50 minutes or more. Lots of experiential questions. A few questions on working with teams, past successes and failures. It seemed like they were seeing if I was just a techy guy or could communicate well with teams. Guess

A 6-step interview over the course of about 2 months. At the end, they told me they'd read my resume wrong and couldn't actually hire me. The engineering manager for the position seemed like a good guy; it really just depends on the team you end up o
