Process

Long phone interview, maybe 50 minutes or more. Lots of experiential questions. A few questions on working with teams, past successes and failures. It seemed like they were seeing if I was just a techy guy or could communicate well with teams. Guess I didn't pass that part.

I also got asked a lot about the basics:

  • Strengths
  • Weaknesses
  • Lessons learned
  • Secrets to customer success
  • Examples of projects written in different coding types.

Questions

What are your three greatest strengths and weaknesses?

Can you tell me about a time where you worked hard to rescue a project from failure?

Was this helpful?
