Pros

As an intern, you will learn all the necessary skills a software engineer needs in the workplace. As it is a larger company, you can always be safe knowing they can provide support should you need it for anything.

Cons

The other side of the coin regarding a large company is that sometimes things move somewhat slowly. When there is a significant change or development that needs to happen, there are meetings and talks to reflect this, so you need to be patient.

Advice to Management

Keep on going the way you are. The way employees are treated is perfect. I love my placement and hope I can come back once my placement is concluded and I finish my final year.
