Can get a good hands-on in latest technologies. Good ethical standards and process. Management is easily approachable.
Confused with the company's vision and priorities. These keep changing a lot. The company is still under the legacy thoughts or processes set by previous management. Huge workload impacts work-life balance.
We need to prioritize long-term goals over appeasing shareholders in the short term.
