Associate Test/Validation Engineer Interview Experience

Process

I spoke to them at my university's career fair and was contacted a couple of hours later to set up a 30-minute "pre-screen" interview. This was followed by an actual hour-long interview 3 days later on campus. I didn't hear from them for 2 weeks, then got an email to set up a site visit. I received an offer two days after my visit.

Questions

Nothing unexpected. There were no technical questions, only run-of-the-mill behavioral questions, and follow-up questions to items on my resume.
