The whole process was efficient and friendly.

The first interview was checking past experiences related to this position, why GM, your expected salary, etc.

The second interview was technically focused. A senior engineer introduced the duties of his engineering group and asked several general technical questions based on past experience.

Right now, I am waiting for the third interview.

Cons: Screwed up management. Some micromanagement. Management is not fair and selfish. This is why the company is going down, as the cream of the employees is not recognized well.
