Design Release Engineer Interview Experience

Process

I had 3 rounds of interviews for the Design Release Engineer position. I received the offer the following week. After about 2 months, I was notified by HR saying they could not sponsor a Green Card at that point, so they withdrew my offer.

It was a very frustrating process and a waste of time since I spent 2 months shopping for houses and getting ready for relocation, etc. HR only sent me an email with the notification, without detailed explanations. Both she and the hiring manager would not take my calls since then.

It was very unprofessional in my opinion and wasted my 2 months of time, preventing me from landing other offers. I would never apply for a GM position and I highly recommend you guys not to either.

Questions

10 behavior questions during the last round of interviews. They are very general, like 'What are the most difficult problems you solved?' etc.
