Pros: Good coworkers. Good work-life balance. Good compensation.

Cons: Company direction is shifting to be more competitive within teams.

Pros: Great benefits and work-life balance. Has plenty of challenges and room to grow. Salary is great too.

Cons: No major cons. The position I was in did not have much travel to explore other facilities.

Pros: Good pay relative to local cost of living. Most coworkers are friendly and polite. Work/life balance is mostly fine.

Cons: Tasks are excessively compartmentalized, meaning a lot of engineers aren't able to develop any real skills. I wasn't allowed any direct agency in 90% of the tasks I was "responsible" for; mostly all I could do was ask other people to do things. I was unable to get meaningful experience in anything important to a mechanical engineering career. FEA/CAE analytical tools, CAD modeling, drawing creation, and even early concept development are all restricted to separate groups. Upper management seems out of touch, with a lot of unrealistic claims and timelines. Too many non-manager roles seem to exist only to track other people's work.
