Went through two rounds for the role within the Enterprise Innovation team. Completely unresponsive and unprofessional recruiter. Schedules a call and doesn't attend it, asks for availability windows, and calls outside the shared time window. The 50-day long process only involved one automated OA and one behavioral round with the Head of Product. I had lost interest in joining the firm by this point and asked the recruiter to fast-track the process but received no response.
Then finally received the "the team has decided to move forward with other candidates for this role" mail, which was expected considering the role had already been removed from the career portal a while back.
The company has no respect for an interviewee's time. Even FAANG loops do not take two months. Keep in mind that I have always chosen the earliest time available for each call and submitted the OA within one day.
Might as well have dodged a bullet with everything I am reading about company culture lately, such as mandatory 5% layoffs within each team.
OA: SQL, React, Spring Questions
Behavioral: Would you think of yourself as a futurist?
