Process
I was referred to get my resume to a hiring manager. A few weeks later, I received a phone call for an informal interview.
There were about 3 easy questions about myself and I was given the chance to ask questions. It lasted for about 15 minutes.
Then I was invited for an on-site interview with 2 people. They interviewed me. Mostly behavioral questions.
