I gave them my resume during the university's career fair.
I got a call soon after for a small screening, which lasted about 15 minutes. During this, we went over my resume and I was asked if I knew anything about them.
Then, I was invited to an in-person interview where mostly behavioral questions were asked, following the STAR method.
