Pros: If you like cars, this is a great place to work. It's a huge company with lots of interesting facilities.
Cons: Government ownership, slow advancement, and bureaucracy, to name a few. Sometimes, it's very hard to see how your specific efforts tangibly affect the end product or bottom line.
