Easy, mainly technical.
The interview process was simple. It was done in three stages.
- First was a written test (technical + analytic).
- Then there was a technical round, followed by an HR round.
The HR round is a behavioral round where they ask you your strengths, weaknesses, and future 5-year, 10-year plans, and if you are willing to relocate or not.

Pros: There is a good working environment for workers. In the part-time role, you can do sports in the factory to keep your health. That is very good.
Cons: Though the salary was not good, you can learn much more than you can learn from school. You can learn how to communicate with others. It is very important in social situations.
