The actual interview I gave went well.
After completing and passing the interview to go to the next "step", the HR person stopped responding after successfully completing two interviews. They stopped responding to emails and did not respond anymore.

Pros: Good company culture, people are very nice, a laid-back environment, and the work was interesting.
Cons: The co-op program is not structured at all. It all depended on your manager and how much time they had and were willing to help you navigate things. It was a very steep learning curve with little to no support.

Pros: Get a chance to work on ongoing technology and a good working environment with colleagues.
Cons: I do not find any, but one of them is because of the hiring freeze. It's hard to get a full-time position back at GM.
