Fairly standard process. Overall, it was a pleasant experience based on my limited job searching and interview experiences. Again, the system requires me to put in a minimum of 30 words. I find it very unprofessional.

Nice People, Unstructured Program

Pros: Good company culture, people are very nice, a laid-back environment, and the work was interesting.
Cons: The co-op program is not structured at all. It all depended on your manager and how much time they had and were willing to help you navigate things. It was a very steep learning curve with little to no support.

Pros: Get a chance to work on ongoing technology and a good working environment with colleagues.
Cons: I do not find any, but one of them is because of the hiring freeze. It's hard to get a full-time position back at GM.
