HireVue is used. First, I did a behavioral interview where you record yourself. You are given 30 seconds to prepare, and then your next 3 minutes are recorded (video and audio) as you answer the question. Things like, "Describe a time you accomplished something in a new environment." It's very good software with a good UI.
The second part was a coding assessment with CodeVue. It's LeetCode-type questions. They can be easy or hard. There are 2 questions, with 30 minutes for each. The interface is easy to understand.
For both, you are given the option to take practice questions.
After that, there was a phone screening and, lastly, a 2-hour interview via Skype/Teams.
