Process

The interview consisted of a phone screen, followed by a series of general questions. You record yourself responding to pre-selected behavioral questions, which are also accompanied by aptitude-measuring, brain-teaser-like games. Once you make it through that, I had two separate one-hour-long interviews with two separate individuals. Both were behavioral interviews.

Questions

Describe a time where you were working as a team and something went wrong with either the team or a specific individual. What was the situation, and how did you work through it?
