Pros: Trainings are good but can be done better.

Cons: Managers should be much more considerate when relating to junior colleagues.

Pros: It’s an alright place to work in.

Cons: Need better training for people.

Pros: Pay is great. They respect work-life balance. By that, I mean many clock out six to seven hours into an eight-hour day. Progress is slow, so there is very little need to train after initial training. Nice, friendly, and helpful people.

Cons: Everyone is looking for something better. Any wanting to improve will drain you, as progress is slow. Any attempts at making something newer will have heavy pushback. Expect to have to do stupid things to make the new work like the old. Plus, standards are ancient, and testing is primarily human review. Worst comes if you get promoted, as you'll have to reach out to other teams, which will make your life hell. You will have to cover your behind and kiss theirs to get your work done. Anyone willing to try will be overworked, working weekends with 3+ roles at least.
