Mainframe Developer
I had an overall 1-hour interview through Skype. I didn't get the job, and I shared all of my experience and skills. At least please mention the reason. How can one prove their skills in a 1-hour interview? I don't know.
Software Developer
It was a couple of interviews, with the same questions. Weeks later, I got an offer and I accepted it. I don't think the interviewers were technical people, etc., etc., etc., etc., etc.
Software Engineer
The interview was done in stages, and each person asked a lot of questions. Each question was separate from the others. They wanted to get a feel for who you are.
