Cons: The biggest issue is management and leadership. Quality, first-line managers who genuinely care about their employees and their teams are hard to come by. Upper management is tone-deaf when it comes to understanding culture. Things like execs walking the cubes at 5:30 pm and checking to see who is still at work are ridiculous practices that should be abolished. Lots of horror stories of favoritism and lack of interest in career development from managers towards their employees.

Number of Connected Components in an Undirected Graph

Determine the number of disconnected groups (connected components) within a given undirected graph. You're provided the graph's edges and need to find how many separate, reachable islands of nodes exist.

Implement Trie (Prefix Tree)

Design a data structure that efficiently stores a set of strings and allows for prefix-based searches. Implement methods to insert strings, search for complete words, and check if any word starts with a given prefix.

LRU Cache

Design a data structure that acts as a Least Recently Used (LRU) cache. Implement methods to get and put key-value pairs, evicting the least recently used entry when the cache is full.
